This is a good sturdy pack. It's adjustable from torso length 15" to 18". However, if you're on the smaller side, it may not fit perfectly. I wish it fit me better. I'm 5'1" and 125 lbs. I could not get the shoulder straps to tighten enough after adjusting the back to my torso. I had a fitting at REI and the packs like the Aura and Ariel fit better since the adjustment system allows for XS/S and Md/LG sizings as opposed to just 1 standard size. They're also more expensive.Try the Renn, it's a great pack! for the price I wish it fit me better.Hip belt is comfy and the mesh back is great for summer hikes. the inside is roomy enough to fit all my gear plus food and water for 2-3 days (like when you have to carry in water for unsafe/ dry areas).

Just used this for a 10-day trip and it was PERFECT. Withstood flight baggage handlers, very comfortable fit for hiking. The multiple compartments allowed me to easily separate toiletries, clothes, undergarments, shoes and a baggie for easy access to miscellaneous items like eyeglasses and lip balm. I used the space allotted for a Camelback to tote a pair of flip flops. The front straps allowed me to strap a sleeping bag (which went through security/baggage as one piece). Would definitely buy it again!

You’re paying for quality, and you can’t go wrong with an Osprey. This is not their most expensive backpack, but you’re also not sacrificing anything with this model in my opinion. I bought the women’s model, and the weight, balance, and comfort are great. The separate sleeping bag compartment is adjustable and really practical. The top compartment is a bit hard to access, but not a dealbreaker. If your hiking poles are fully collapsible they can fit in the side pockets. An all around good product. This bag is perfect! It fits so much stuff! I really like the spots for all the storage and to add your own things to the outside!! I have used it many times and I love it!

The media could not be loaded. I would give this backpack 4 stars because the quality is really good. It’s spacious, with convenient side pockets for water bottles. However, I returned it because I personally needed more exterior pockets. Even though it has an adjustable back, it comes in only one size, and I wanted a backpack with multiple size options.Also, the inner side of the straps is quite stiff, you can’t wear anything with thin straps or bare shoulders, as it rubs your shoulders. I had to wear shirts that fully cover my shoulders in hot weather to avoid discomfort.Overall, the quality is excellent, and it’s not too heavy, but it didn’t suit my personal preferences, so I decided to get a different one.

Great backpack with good rigid back support system. The cheaper stuff from china has no back support whatsoever so we got this and return the cheap crap.

You won’t be disappointed

On season two of using this pack and I absolutely love it. I spent plenty of hiking / climbing seasons with the wrong sized bag. I'm 5'4" 130 lbsand got this size and it's perfectly comfortable on a loooong hike. It's stores things neatly which is a major plus because I hate having to hang stuff on the outside of my packSuper breathable back which has been a game changer. Great product for its price point.
