Juven Therapeutic Nutrition Drink Powder Including Collagen Peptides, Amino Acids, and HMB For Wound Healing Support, Unflavored, 30 Packets

This was recommended by my wife’s wound care nurse, we got it maybe two weeks ago and there’s already a huge increase with her healing, it’s kind of spendy but worth it. The only draw back is she says it tastes absolutely horrible.

I've taken this product for both of my last surgeries and I do have to say while the price is very high for my budget, it really works. I see the collagen working very well, even my nails begin to grow and stay strong. My healing process improves while I'm home recovering. The taste is great. It makes me also use the restroom very smoothly. LOL

Bought this for post-op recovery and I am convinced this part of why I healed so quickly. The “unflavored” is definitely not flavorless though. I bought thinking I would mix in other drinks or with Crystal light. I think the flavored is better.

To be very honest, the first 2 days of drinking the orange flavor I gagged a few times trying to choke it down. I decided to pour the powder (with a funnel) into a 16.9 oz bottle of water (8 oz of water at a time) and shake it up really well- then put the bottle into the freezer for 2 hours to turn it into a slushy, and use a smoothie straw to drink it. I actually look forward to drinking them now- but there's no way I could drink it in 8 oz of water.Now, for the results. Absolutely amazing, after only 1 week! It started off as a small, shallow ulcer on my big toe and after 1 week I developed a large pressure blister that opened the same day. That's when the wound care nurse suggested the Juven and gave me a $20 coupon for it. The ulcer is closed and the open blister that was the size of a silver dollar has now closed up to half the size of a dime in 1 week. I know the collagen pad applied directly to it has helped but I credit Juven with accelerating the healing!

Seems to work fairly well. Probably expensive for the benefit. May work for some people. It's worth buying a small amount and trying it.

These were recommended by a neighbor that works in the medical field. I suffered a hamstring injury 6 weeks ago and I feel these have been helping me heal faster. I liked the orange favor best. Punch is delicious also. Did not care for the pineapple, but I am not a big pineapple fan anyway. Mixs up well with water and ice. Does not leave a bad after taste in my opinion.

My Cleveland Clinic home nurse gave me samples. Two days later there were obvious improvements to my wound. She advised to do once a day. Just pour it slowly into a bottle of water and shake well. Continue to shake while sipping it and you won't have a problem with it dissolving. My wound has been plaguing me for 15 years! Why it took so long for this product to be suggested is almost a crime! The orange is tasty and I will continue to purchase this product for a while! My nurse suggested it to one of her other clients and has great results also! The price is steep, but so is medical care!

In my opinion I was not extremely satisfied.with this product. Not only was it expensive but I was not a fan of the flavors orange or fruit punch. I purchased the fruit punch. I could not stomach the orange. I was given sample packs one of each flavor at wound care. Package said could mix with juice. I mixed with water. I felt like it would make the juice too sweet. Carton of 30 was almost $77.00 for a 15 day supply. Must use twice a day. Pricey. It gives 30 grams of protein and very little collagen. It was highly recommended by my wound care. My reason for purchasing this product.
