I'm putting cling film on a window in a garage with this glue will it damage the window?

No! I used this on a glass service at my work and when I removed the paper from the service, I just had to clean up a few places. Great product.

Will this adhere cloth to foam?

Possibly. It is a quite strong contact adhesive for applications such as this. But be aware: 1. The adhesive solvent might melt some foams, like styrofoam, but would probably have no effect on polyurethane foams (like upholstery material). Strongly recommend testing it on scrap piece of foam before proceeding. 2. I would apply to foam first, wait for adhesive to set and then place cloth. If you apply directly to cloth, it will likely saturate and bleed through to the surface. 3. You will not likely have much chance if you need to reposition once contact between the two sides occurs.

Will I be able to remove photos from a foam board without ruining them?

I know it works on Fatheads on walls and doesn't hurt them and I have used it to stick sandpaper on an orbital grinder that lost its ability to stick the paper on itself and it doesn't hurt the paper or the sander.
