Works perfectly...easy to install...supports my 70lb screen

Remember: make sure you drill to a stud. When I drilled mine it messed up my measurements and it turned out to be half an inch wider than the slot for the projector screen. Good thing it can be hanged with a double hook, which actually stabilized the whole assembly.

I ordered these to hang an elite screens 100" manual projector screen. The first issue I ran into, was the top screw hole is not accessible without using a LONG phillips screw driver, as using a standard length driver requires it to be tipped, causing the included screw heads to strip out once you get near tight. I ended up using the two lower screw holes instead, and it seems stable enough that way. I screwed directly into predrilled studs, and did not use the included sheet rock adapters. It is holding the screen well, and has no bend while pulling the screen down. Would recommend for anyone wanting their screen off the wall to clear pictures or windows with curtains behind the screen.

These are nice for a few reasons.They’re not expensive.They give you some flexibility and wiggle room for your screen. Being able to keep your screen off the wall up to 6 inches allows you to hang a picture or just about anything you want so the wall is not dedicated solely to a screen.Also, since the screen is hanging by a hook attached to a threaded bolt you can adjust the height on either side if you’re a little off on drilling your holes in the wall to anchor it.The only downside I’ve noticed so far is since it’s hanging by the supplied hook it doesn’t hang completely vertical so when you raise or lower the screen it rubs against the edge of the housing, which it says in the instructions not to do as that could damage the screen. So the workaround I’ve used is adding some picture frame wire on both sides to level it. Seems to work well.Recommended!

I was able to fix the projector mount easily. I had a tight space and mounted left side on the ceiling and right side on the wall. By adjusting the hook chain heights, able to mount the projector straight.

The brackets them self seem to be pretty sturdy but the screws are made very cheap. The screws stripped to the point there was just a circle in the middle as soon as it hit the stud. Was not able to completely screw it in and then had a very difficult time trying to remove them for better screws.
