GNC Men's Prostate Formula, worth a try
I was using another prostate product for about a year. That other product had much less saw palmetto and instead had some other ingredients. I wasn't convinced it was helping me but I gave it time. Finally I decided to try another product and I chose this one (GNC). I noticed a difference almost immediately with improved function. It's only been about a week but I can say it's definitely worth a try.

What I really disliked - shipped by USPS. Houston has postal problems, internal and external to USPS. Otherwise, the product works. A friend and former neighbor takes and recommended.
