Not used this brand before but I will be reordering these when I run out. Very small tablets not capsules, easy to swallow, no after taste and I person have had no digestive issues, so there’s no waste.

Thought I would try these for shoulder and arm pain I had for months, not through injury but more hormonal/menopausal. After 3 weeks of taking them the aches and pains have disappeared. Might be coincidence but I'm convinced it's the Tumeric that helped. You get 3 months supply, take 2 tablets a day and they are tiny so they're easy to swallow. (Just watch out incase your fingers stain yellow when handling the tablets). I will continue using them as I think they helped my aches and pains.

Can't properly comment on whether they make a difference but the price was right and they're easy enough to take

These small tablets are easy to swallow,no bad taste. Since taking these my joints feel better and dont have pain in my knee any more. Always quick delivery and small enough to post through letter box if you are not in to collect delivery.
