I am a caregiver for a 90 year old in her home. She doesn’t eat the best and has lost a bunch of weight so I started giving her one of these poured in a glass with her breakfast AND LET ME TELL YOU, she gulps that down. I always feel good no matter how much she eats if she at least has one of these. Strawberry banana and she rates it 10/10.

Hi y'all, we're all guilty of skipping a meal, that's what slowed my metab down. To keep that from happening to you, don't skip meals especially breakfast! The Carnation Essentials have vitamins and a choice for fiber added or not. Tho the Smoothie flavor is good (they blend real added fruit), it's not my fave. I must have their Chocolate, either with or without fiber. Chill them when you get them so you can grab on the go.

I have an autistic little one who doesn’t eat so we use these so that she gets the nutrients and vitamins she needs to stay healthy.. she loves them but kinda pricey.. will probably order again because she likes them but wont be a regular thing.
