5 of the Clip (Hook n Eye) Type Waist Extenders

The color selections are nice and work with pretty much every pair of pants I own. I only had 1 pair of pants that had hooks that were too small for the hooks on this product. Well made, sturdy hooks. The three options are nice to offer options for growth (I'm currently pregnant and I appreciate being able to keep my work pants a bit longer before switching to maternity clothing).However, they will stick out from the waist of your pants and are quite noticeable if you don't wear the proper shirt to cover them. Also, they will also absolutely fall off when you use the restroom (be prepared to pull it off before it falls to the floor!). Not a bad purchase just not the best.

Yup, worked fine. Just the ticket for my 20-year old (but still style appropriate) tuxedo. Which amazingly, still fit very well, but just needed that 1/2" or so extra in the waist.

Waste of money. These just don't work that well. mainly because most pants have a button just to the side of your hook mechanism which causes these to be worthless. That was my fault for not realizing that before I bought them. So buyer be aware. Check your pants, if they have a button on the outside next to the hook, these won't work.

Allows to adjust the waist as I go through my maternity growth. Prevents having to buy new pant too earlier in pregnancy.

Hooks were wider than eyes on most of my pants. So, most of the time these were useless to me.

I purchased these in hopes of getting another month or two out of my son's school uniform pants. They are just a tad bit tight in the waist, less than an inch would suffice. I thought this would be a perfect and inexpensive solution despite the mixed reviews. Unfortunately, they do not work at all. You can't zipper the pants with out leaving a noticeable gap or the zipper falling down. I m not exaggerating, he literally just needed a 1/2 inch to get by, I didn't think the zipper would be a problem, but if you think about it.....it makes sense.Don't waste your money, while it is a tempting quick fix...they just don't work.
