Rigid support, great for all-day comfort, but not for hiking or log endless miles.
Absolutely perfect! I originally paired these insoles with Timberland Whitman boots in a 9.5W. They fit right in without any trimming. It turns out those boots in "Wide" share the same base as the Medium width but just have more volume on top. I ended up exchanging the boots for a 9M, and for those, I just had to shave off a little bit of the insole material near the pinky toe. What I love is that these insoles don't use gimmicky gel or composite absorbers. The inside is solid, durable, well-contoured EVA foam. I swapped out the stock "anti-fatigue" insoles because they were actually worsening my plantar fasciitis. While these are firm, the targeted support makes all the difference for all-day comfort. Just note that they provide rigid support, so don't expect a pillowy sneaker feel. If you are planning to pair these insoles with a high-volume work boot like the Whitmans, they could work perfectly for you. However, if your goal is to upgrade a cheap pair of hiking boots, you're honestly better off investing in a higher-quality boot to begin with, like Zamberlans. I own several pairs of Zamberlans, and I never have to use aftermarket insoles or worry about my plantar fasciitis with them; they are what truly allow me to log endless miles on the trail.

Next-Level Arch Support with Innovative Design
I have previously used Superfeet Inserts for Plantar Fasciitis relief and found them effective. Wanting more insoles for different shoes, I explored other arch-supporting options and discovered SOLE. These insoles immediately impressed me with their functionality, providing just the right level of arch supportโon par with many leading brands. SOLE stands out in its advanced construction. Unlike other brands that attach a rigid plastic to a foam base, these insoles integrate the soft and rigid portions seamlessly. This results in a consistent thickness from heel to toe, making them lightweight, easy to insert, and effortless to swap between shoes. They enhance natural foot movement where flexibility is needed while providing firm support where itโs required. Thereโs no excessive foam padding in the heel, just a well-balanced, effective design that feels great from the first step. After months of regular use, they still look and perform like new. Most importantly, they delivered instant relief from Plantar Fasciitis. The modern, minimal design is a bonus, complementing my footwear without looking bulky. I highly recommend them!

Pain Relief From Day One โ Sole Active Footbeds
Game changer for my work boots. Heated them, popped them in, and they molded instantly to my feet. Excellent stability from the deep heel cup and very solid, durable feel. Theyโve helped a lot with back, knee, and foot pain. Pricey, but 100% worth it.

I feel like they help
These are a pain to break in, but once they are, they are comfortable. They donโt add any cushion, but the custom mold helps distribute pressure evenly. They didnโt make my crappy shoes great, but maybe they will make good shoes great. I will purchase these again

Hurt at first, keep wearing them and you'll love them.
I actually started a return on these because they hurt when I wore them. I put off returning them and started wearing them. These are my go-to insoles for my plantar fasciitis.

Sole insoles provide great support and last a long time.
About 7 years ago I developed plantar fasciitis. These insoles were recommended to me then. After several months of using them the pain was completely gone. I have continued to use these in my everyday walk-around shoes since then. They provide excellent support. They are very sturdy and when it's time for a second new pair of shoes I can move them to the new pair. After the second pair are worn out I'll move them to shoes that I use to work in the yard. These are expensive but they last a long time and I feel I get my money's worth - the truth is that even if they only lasted for one pair of shoes I'd buy them anyway. You can get these to mold to your feet more quickly by heating them in the oven, then putting them in your shoes and walk around (there are instructions on the package). Or you can just put them in your shoes and use them and they mold to your feet - it just takes a little more time. Also, keep in mind these are pretty thick insoles and they do take up room in your shoes.

Excellent Comfort and a fair Price.
These are far the best inner soles I've bought and used in my work boots. Especially once they have been heated up and moulded to your foot.... Don't have an feet, ankle or knee issues using these now. Even when I'm on my feet for 8+ hours...

Wonderful Product
Lost my orthotics for collapsed arches, tried many insoles trying to find the right fit. Decided to try these and they are wonderful, heating them to confirm for my needs was a game changer Definitely worth the money, sizing was perfect I've ordered 2 more pairs

Got a damaged/returned product
I think the product is fine but Amazonโs system is flawed. I clearly got a returned product - damaged by someone else. The return slip was still in it.

10/10
I couldn't be happier with these. I'm not sure how much heating them up sped up the break-in period. They felt good before they were broke in. Now 1 hard work week later, they're perfect. They aren't soft and cushy. Don't expect to feel like your walking on clouds or anything. They aren't the least bit floppy. They seem like they'll only get better with time, and because there's no flop to them it's very easy to remove them to let them dry overnight. I'd recommend buying boots that are half a size to big maybe or have a lot of vertical room to spare. That's what I did anyway. I got new rubber boots right after I ordered these. with how deep the heel cup is it kind of pulls your whole foot forward a bit too, so account for that aswell. Make sure to remove your old sole. No stacking. If you have a heated boot dryer that shoots ozone, these can take it. Just pull them half way out to dry underneath. The rigidness keeps them in place well for that. I have 2 very different feet, one that's near completely flat from am injury and is half a size longer, the other has planter fasciitis and get bad cramps and tiny weak ankles. These have completely alleviated my pain. 6 12 hour days aboard a fishing boat in rough weather and my feet finally don't hurt and scream to get out of their rubber prison at the end of the day. 10/10
