I have noticed more energy and focused during the day. It has a bitter taste, but I dilute it in water and that helps.

Never got to use it tried to get the lid off with hot water tap it around the counter top finally used channel locks and broke the glass

Let down
With this being gold graded, I expected more. This is about the 7th different brand of shilajit I've tried. Always getting the resin/ tar. I have purchased more expensive and less expensive with better results.
