Works ok
These patches do work, but I feel like you can definitely find other options that are more effective and less expensive. I don't know that the microdarts really do anything, and honestly think I have more success with flat patches instead. These are my backups rather than my go to supplies.

Works well but not a good enough value for me
I use hydrocolloid with tea tree oil patches regularly, they have become a beauty staple at my house. My usual brand are smaller (but also have three size options to choose from) and they do not have micro darts. When these arrived, I was surprised to find that there were only 8 patches per package - I guess I just didn't pay close enough attention. These peel off the same and seem to stick about the same. I do find that I press on them longer when applying to make sure they stick, possibly because they're bigger and have more surface to adhere to. These are much more obvious when I'm wearing them. I definitely wouldn't wear them out in public, whereas I occasionally might leave a smaller patch on if it blended in well. The first morning I expected to see the usual puffy white in the middle of the patch but it looked exactly the same as when I put it on the night before. When I pulled it off there was some clear goo left behind and my pimple had finally come to a small head. The next morning I pulled off the patch from the same spot. No white puffy center on the patch, also no goo left behind on my skin. My pimple was no longer red or inflamed. It looks to be almost gone with no dryness of skin around it.Yes, I think these patches work well, possibly even a little better than my current brand of patches. However, at the current price point of $1.88 per patch, I simply can't afford to switch. I'm going to continue to use my regular patches and save these to use with my worst pimples, but I most likely won't be buying more when they're all used up. I'm just too frugal.

Expensive
I don't think I would purchase these again because of the price. They do keep your hands off the pimple at night and make it rise to the surface.

Work great!
I’ve used a lot of different brands of patches and these are great!!I really love the microdarts! Results are excellent! Blemishes are reduced in size and color over night! I have sensitive skin and haven’t had any issues with irritation. These are a bit more pricey than some of the other brands I’ve used, but I’ve found that it’s usually one and done! With other brands I often have to use them for several nights in a row.Overall definitely recommend!

No noticeable difference
I am familiar with this brand but have never tried this product before so I was excited to try these acne patches. I have used them several times and I can not tell a noticeable difference with this product. The first time I used a patch it fell off my face while I was sleeping and I found it stuck to my arm several hours later. I have not since had an issue with them not staying on.

The worst pimple patches ever.
These have NO adhesive. I couldn't get them to stick on my face to begin with, much less all day or night like most pimple patches should. I was disappointed I couldn't try these as they seemed to look good to use.

Blemish patch
The pros - I love the concept of the micro darts - I feel like they do a much better job at getting the product to soak into your skin. This patch stuck to my face alot better than other patches I've tried in the past and did not fall off in my sleep. It also slightly improved the healing process of a pretty bad pimple I had on my temple near my hairline. The con - I used 5 patches on one blemish, so I do not feel like $30 for 16 patches is a good value. While I did get this product through the Vine program, I still take price into consideration in all of my reviews, and unfortunately this is not a product I would purchase at full price.
