Less would be more.
I do not doubt that Mr. Patel gave everything he had to write this book. The problem is that he tries to discuss too many things, with a broad focus, with a shallow depth of field. He also focuses more on the online side of the business (the fluff). Nowadays, everybody seems to have a dizzying array of online footprint, from social media to digital workshops, from tribes to communities, webinars, signature programs, sales funnels, avatars, everybody is giving speeches... But, building a successful online personality took years even for one as gifted as Brendon Burchard, and it gets harder and more competitive every minute. Casey Neistat had three guys working on his uploads that I could count. How could anyone start practicing chase all these suggestions on top of actually seeing patients in an office? My point is that building a medical practice should be more of building a medical practice than a massive non-paying online following. While telemedicine will be growing exponentially in the future, it is meeting the patients one on one and the word of mouth that seems to be the most effective.I would recommend Mr. Patel to try to focus on less and go to greater detail on these suggestions. The link in the book appears to be dead. (I am also a little confused. While Patel fills 20 % of this booklet with the chapter "My Journey," it is still not clear how he ended up in Canada after starting multiple practices in the USA.)

A Must Read for You and Your Functional Medicine Team.
I think one of the biggest stresses of providers is they feel they need to have a bigger practice (size, hours, revenue, etc). What Sachin makes clear is that the perfect practice is the one that will serve your needs best, not one that causes you, as the provider, to be a hostage to their practice. When the provider is excited to get to the office, has the time to take care of him/herself, then that bleeds into a passion to serve those patients and the community. When the practitioner is at his or her best, then the patients get the best care. Win-win. This is a book about falling in love with the process of practicing functional medicine, not just falling in love with the end result. When you love the process, the result takes care of itself. It's a quick read and one that you should definitely share with your team. If your team doesn't resonate with the message, you know where the first place is to start creating that perfect practice.

Great Insight into how to build a successful practice
Loved the simplicity of the language used and the readability. Great points on how a person can start even today with where they are and grow a successful business. The steps are outlined and Sachin offers the ability to see some of his success tools work first hand with links included in the book. I look forward to connecting and learning more from him.Great work in the field of functional medicine

This book couldn't have shown up at a better time as I am leveling up my health coaching ...
This book couldn't have shown up at a better time as I am leveling up my health coaching practice to be far more holistic in nature. I work as an intuitive healing who combines tarot divination with functional medicine eating practices and this book is a MUST for anyone who is an MD with a practice, health coaching or any kind of life coach. I thought I was fairly informed on all the items I needed to implement, but this book helped to me to fill in the gaps to be of greater service to my clients! Thank you Sachin for sharing this gem!!!

Design your practice the Right way from the start and for the Right reasons!
Sachin Patel does an excellent job making sure your practice is designed appropriately from the start. Much of this comes from learning how to provide real value to your clients from the moment a person interacts with your website to them becoming a long-term client. He says that we are building our Functional Medicine practices because we believe this is the best form of care for long-term health management and we need always to be conveying both this feeling and message to our clients in everything that that our practice does.
