I’m very happy with this labeller- I like how it looks, the app works fine, and I like that I can print up to a 1” wide label. The only feature I wish it had is the ability to connect to my laptop. Highly recommended

Great for printing custom labels for my plant baby's pots with QR codes to my database to track when I last watered/fertilized, etc. And the app is super easy to use. My only complaint is I don't understand why it cuts off an entire 1/2" of tape before each print job -- that's insanely wasteful (see pic - could have printed so many labels with the amount that's chopped off). Some tape comes with a slit down the middle to gently bend the label and the backing comes right off, other tape doesn't, but sticking it to a piece of tape helps to pull the backing off.

Connected via Bluetooth but connections keeps failing. Had to re-connect many times to print a few labels. Wastes tape between printings. No charger, had to use 6 batteries - not convenient for the cost. But my biggest issue is peeling off tape. It is almost impossible and takes hours! Such a waste of time. Unless there is a trick and I can't find it.
