Fast, Reliable product. Don't think twice--buy it.
Fantastic performance, no problems since purchase. Don't need a long review for a memory card... it either works at the limits or it breaks and costs you everything. This has been a workhorse for me and is extremely performant and reliable. I am 9 months and thousands of photos and videos into owning this card and it has been perfect.

Runs Faster AND Cooler than SanDisk
This is the first ProMedia Card of any type I have ever used. Based on my not necessarily scientific observation, the ProMedia CF card reads and writes faster than the equivalent SanDisk cards. More importantly, it does not near as hot when downloading to my laptop. Both of my SanDisk cards get so hot during the data transfer that they will eventually crash. (It is also faster than a nearly identical Lexmar card as well.)Faster, cooler and cost less (at time of purchase- has gone up $30 in the past few weeks) Still worth the price for the speed and reliability.

I’m impressed with its write and read speed and will buy more when needed…
I’m impressed with these latest ProGrade Digital CFexpress 4.0 Type B memory cards. They are noticeably faster in my camera and when paired with Prograde CFexpress Type B and SD UHS-II Dual-Slot Memory Card Reader, they read very fast into Lightroom on my MacBook Pro. My only concern is that the card heats up during the read process, but this has been noted by other reviews as well. FWIW, all the newer and faster technology (eg 10 GB Ethernet, NVME SSD memory, and more) all consume more power and generate more heat. It seems to be the price we must pay for ever faster tech.

Tests to be a fast card
First of all my only dislike (other than price. Why did Prograde cheap out on the packaging? The cardboard memory card holder is cheap! I like to carry one card in the Z8 and two other cards in a backpack. I had to rummage through my desk to find an old plastic memory card holder to fit it. Still disappointed for the price that they charge for the cardboard. The card test faster on Black Magic Disk than my OWC 4.0 card. Also tested faster than my Angelbird 2.0 card which makes sense. We will see how it holds up, I will do some serious birding in the next week!
