Stops working after 8 months
The media could not be loaded. After eight months of using the machine once or twice a day, a leak has occurred in the steam tank and now the pressure is too low. Also, when making espresso, the water is not even hot, it is just warm, so the flavor is not as good. This looks great on your counter and if you’re only gonna use it once a week or for special occasions, then I’m sure it’s good. But for normal use, it’s not a quality product.Additionally, the design on the front panel is absolutely awful. There’s no indicator showing whether you are in steam mode or espresso mode and so it’s very easy to burn the coffee while you’re making it. This would’ve been very easy to implement, but it seems they went after a better looking design over a more functional design. Sorry have to give it one star.

Good Filter quality and functionality
The company is quite well-known backed by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor.The coffee maker is very simple to operate and has minimal actions required.The filter caters to a coarse ground coffee but one can use standard filters for finely ground coffee.The glass jug keeps the coffe warm for extended hours.The build quality is quite sturdy and not at all flimsy.Overall a good buy.

Waste of money and time.
This coffe maker is like only toys.No qulatilyI have recieved broken glass product.After complain they are raising investigation but no results.I'm still waiting for return the product.

Good but smells plastic while drinking
Device is ok but it is made of plastic and smell plastice when I drink black coffe. Filter is also made of plastic, even though it's food grade the quality does not meet my expectations due to the smell. Auto cutoff works and plate keeps coffee warm.
