As I am using many peripherals, I started using adaptors long time ago to connect wireless mouse, mechanical keyboard, charging my headphones or phone sometimes, using a memory stick, so having many ports is crucial to me. However, the adaptors I had before either were not stable and the connection was dropping every few seconds (easier to observe that when you have to keep the mouse pressed for a few seconds when drawing (as an engineer, that is very important to me) or select a paragraph of text) so that was driving me nuts! At the same time, I was using different adaptors for the Ethernet, for the second monitor when I attached two at once (for the HDMI port), another adaptor for getting more USB ports to attach my peripherals and all of those took a lot of space in my backpack and then, sometimes I forgot one of them at home and I was screwed. Now, with this adaptor, I only have to make sure it is always with me and I can take advantage of all the ports.A few weeks ago the headphone jack on my Dell stopped working and luckily this adaptor takes care of that as well. :D It was a nice touch to put that headphone jack in.Then, on Dell I can still use the regular ports (because I still have some regular ports :D), but I do not have the same luxury on my 13" 2016 Mac. There it is definitely a life saver. I only use the Mac as a secondary device and mostly for browsing, but still, whenever I need to connect a monitor to it or connect my external drive this adaptor saves the day.I have tested it under a decent load (see the first photo) for a few hours and, even if it warms up a bit, it holds the load properly. Now, don't get me wrong, I still use the ports of the laptop first, it was just for the sake of testing it but I can surely say that it successfully took anything threw at it.And even though I am interested more in performance than design, I can not leave the design out of the picture. That space grey looks great.All in all it is a beautiful little beast! Like it!

I understand what Apple is doing in replacing all the ports of the MacBook Pro with USB-C ports. Unfortunately, until other manufactures follow suit and replace their printer cables, Ethernet cables and HDMI cables with USB-C, we have to find a solution to bridge the gap between those cables and a laptop with only USB-C ports.This Hub effectively fills that gap. I’ve used individual USB to USB-C adapters and left them on the end of cables, but that’s frustrating when they go missing and I have to take them off and put them back on when I need to use my work Windows laptop with the printer.This Hub is a better solution. I plug the hub into my laptop and the printer, monitor and Ethernet cable into the Hub.The Hub is very good quality with a premium solid feel to it which matches the MacBook Pro that it’s used with. It’s a fair price when compared with competitors, some of which look much lower quality, and also considering Apple would have sold this for significantly more if they make a Hub like it.Overall very happy with the purchase!

The adapter made a high quality impression and is very useful for example to extend a laptop with USB Type C port. You can connect monitors, network cables, USB devices and memory cards.Another scenario is use as a docking station.

Got too hot for me. Had HDMI, ethernet and the USBs connected and the thing got too hot to touch. Since I needed to use it throughout the day then this was not an option. Worked well as far as functions but had to return it due to heat.

This gets really really hot. It looks great, works great ....but gets really hot, not burning your hand but almost there.

Ideal Multihub for my MacBook! There are enough ports for me to connect the devices I use without me having to disconnect anything. It looks great and matches my MacBook perfectly and doesn’t look out of place on my desk.

Looks good but doesn't work well. I connected a USB stick to it and it got way too hot.

Su operación es muy correcta no da problemas en las dos semanas de uso que lo uso, tiene una apariencia robusta,,fabricado a partir de un perfil extruido de Aluminio que le viene de perlas para refrigerar, se calienta algo del orden de 55 a 60ºC según la temperatura exterior pero no parece que esto provoque fallos, solo no dejar debajo de papeles o tapado por algo, el precio es bueno y el pedido llego en el plazo dicho, es algo lento pero cumplen.

Despues de 2 semanas de prueba, tiene dos fallos principales:- En general el dispositivo se calienta muchisimo (llega a quemar)- FALLO: MicroSD and SD no se puede usar simultaneamente (sí de una en una)After 2 weeks of testing, you have two main failures:- In general the device heats up a lot (it gets to burn)- FAULT: MicroSD and SD can not be used simultaneously (yes one at a time)

Der Adapter ist top verarbeitet und bietet zahlreiche Anschlussmöglichkeiten. Allerdings muss ich feststellen, dass der Adapter sehr heiß wird, sobald ein HDMI Kabel angesteckt ist. Man kann ihn nicht mehr in der Hand halten.Ist das nur bei mir der Fall?

En esta época en la que buscamos que nuestros equipos sean cada vez más pequeños, sabemos que tenemos que sacrificar que los puertos integrados en ellos, sean escasos, por lo que se hace necesario adquirir hubs de este estilo. No me importaba que tuviese muchos usb o el lector de tarjetas, puesto que al final no uso demasiadas unidades de almacenamiento extraibles (prefiero mi NextCloud), pero si que tuviese una salida de video digital y el puerto de ethernet, y con esos requisitos, después de mucho comparar me decanté por este y no tengo queja. La velocidad de cargar por el puerto thunderbolt no se ve apreciablemente reducida, soporta hasta HDMI 7 y la conexión de red va bastante fluida. No es un dispositivo excesivamente caro en comparación con la competencia y es bastante útil para despejar el escritorio de cables y dispositivos que tienes que estar desconectando cada vez que necesites desplazarte. Creo que este gadjet es clarisimamete un "must have" ademas de un "best buy".

Ich habe das Produkt gekauft, um die USB Schnittstelle meines iPad Pro nutzen zu können. Es erfüllt seinen Zweck perfekt, egal, ob via SD Karte oder USB Stick konnte ich Bilder und Videos importieren, mit einer USB Tastatur nutzen, Kopfhörer und Ethernet benutzen und das iPad laden - und das alles gleichzeitig. Einziger Wermutstropfen für mich: das kurze Anschlußkabel. Wenn ich mit aufgestelltem iPad arbeite, hängt der Adapter herunter, das Kabel reicht aber nicht, daß er auf dem Tisch flach aufliegt - ein wenig unschön, da es eine (vermeidbare) mechanische Belastung des USB-C-Ports verursacht.

Nach langer suche eines geeigneten USB C Multiport Adapters für mein Macbook bin ich nun endlich fündig geworden.Zuvor hatte ich bereits mehrere Adapter ausprobiert. Bei allen gab es jeweils ein Defizit, z.B. große Hitzentwicklung, Nichtfunktionieren eines Ports bei gleichzeitiger Benutzung eines anderen. Geschwindigketisprobleme etc.Endlich habe ich den "Perfekten" gefunden. Alles funktionert so wie es soll in guter Geschwindigkeit.Kann das Gerät nur empfehlen!

Funciona en ipad pro 12,9 2018, por pedir lo que le faltaría es un lightning hembra para poder utilizar accesorios de anterior generación, la salida de hdmi no saca 4k, sólo 1080pEdito: se calienta muchísimo, la salida hdmi no saca 4k y ethernet con ipad pro no me funciona, me aparece en ajustes pero no tengo conexión.

This device works perfectly. The design and material quality is very good. What is somewhat disturbing is the operating temperature which seems to me too hot. Although so far it has worked without any fault. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Diverso da quello precedentemente acquistato, questo lo uso in viaggio e mai acquisto è stato più utile. leggero, pratico, permette al Mac Book di collegarsi e accedere a dati su sd e minisd, oltre che collegare in Hdmi video e tv. Utilissimo

L'adattatore ha raggiunto molto velocemente (5 min) una temperatura tale quasi da non riuscire a tenerlo in mano con la connessione anche di una sola chiavetta USB. Questo aspetto mi ha preoccupato e non ho voluto aspettare che mi si fondesse o che danneggiasse il computer e i dispositivi connessi, quindi ho proceduto con il reso. Peccato, perché tutte le porte (tranne HDMI che però potrebbe essere non imputabile all'adattatore) sono risultate funzionanti e il prodotto è di ottima qualità costruttiva, gradevole alla vista e al tatto.

Wir haben zwei Stück dieser Adapter bestellt und täglich im Einsastz gehabt. Leider funktionieren an beiden Adaptern die USB Anschlüsse nicht mehr. Des weiteren werden die Adapter extrem heiß.Auf einen Austausch oder ähnliches vom Hersteller/Verkäufer wartet man vergebens. Absolut keine Kaufempfehlung.

Funciona bien, muchas conexiones. El gran pero es que SE CALIENTA DE FORMA ALARMANTE. Tras usarlo 10 minutos apenas puedes sujetarlo en la mano y tras su uso tienes que esperar otros 5 o 10 minutos a que se entríe.

Funktioniert ohne zicken am Galaxy Tab S4; Einzig das direkte kopieren von PC zu Tablet funktioniert damit nicht mehr. Wird aber wie beschrieben als Strom verwendet daher wohl ohne Datenleitung.USB Sticks werden erkannt und funktionierenHDMI TopNetzwerk auch ok

Funciona bien pero cuando lo conecto pierdo la conexión a internet, me soluciona un problema para ocasionarme otro. Es bastante caro. No lo volvería a comprar. No lo recomiendo

Je suis très satisfait de cet appareil. Son seul défaut est qu'il émet des interférences sur la bande 2,4 GHz et bloque donc mon signal wifi quand il est branché, car la box émet sur la même bande (parade possible pour ceux qui ont une box dernière génération qu'il est possible de switcher sur la bande 5 GHz). Comme ce n'est pas mon cas, la parade, assez sommaire, consiste à brancher l'adaptateur sur le côté opposé (ma box est situé à droite dans l'apt, et quand je branche l'adaptateur sur l'un des ports de gauche le signal n'est pas bloqué... contrairement à lorsqu'il est branché sur les ports de droite). Je comprends que l'explication puisse sembler bizarre, mais j'ai répété l'expérience une dizaine de fois (ordi MPB 2018, qui a peut-être une antenne wifi trop faible)
