Pliable, easy to cut
Used it to gain some time for sun-damaged seals on a moonroof. Easy to cut, even at an angle, with decent craft scissors, and tucked it under the open bottom crush side of the existing seals along front and back.

Amazing fix for what I needed
I needed a new drive belt shaft on my drum carder. I found a local place who would replace it for $1/inch and they wanted to know - was it 6mm or 5mm and exactly how long, etc. Once they sold me one, I wouldn't be able to return it. I found this rubber cord 1/4" diameter and thought I would make one myself. A little super glue and a little thread and I have a drive band that works beautifully!!!
