OCPO Kitchen Heart Silicone Mold for Baking Mousse Cake, 8 Cavities

The silicone molds are really nice they are flexible sturdy freezer friendly aland oven friendly. I really like them and I like the way to desserts came out hell I did mine you could do them anyway I did liars I did cheap mango cheesecake as the filling I put mango compote on the inside and after they were frozen in the molds in the freezer I took them out and dip them in chocolate and airbrushed on there's endless possibilities to which you can make in these and they come out really nice perfect palm held dessert size and I always had issues with molds getting stuff out of them this one was very easy you just you could either run it under warm water and pop them out or you could just push them right out through the bottom and start taking it away from the top and it will eventually just pop out the bottom with no breakage as long as they're frozen and I really like them I do many things in there you could do everything from frozen cheesecake like I did to jello desserts in the fridge so there are endless possibilities I'd love to bake and this was a great addition to my kitchen. I do love using my children is about and also meets her a nice Valentine's Day surprise. I'm sure that you can besides baking usifer food as well I don't see why it's a silicone mold very nice also I would like to add that it is easy to clean also I use it in the dishwasher so it's dishwasher safe. Great quality flexible molds. The 8-cavity size is perfect because it fits a standard batch of mousse without having a ton of leftover batter. They’re easy to wash (I just toss mine in the top rack of the dishwasher) and the heart shape is really defined and cute. Works just as well for baking as it does for freezing. Definitely worth the price if you want to level up your dessert game! Just a tip: make sure you place the mold on a cookie sheet before filling it to keep everything level!

These make nice big egg shape ice,! Ice lasts several hours after frozen solid out of freezer,!! Takes a very very extra long time to freeze though .. kinda tricky to get them out of the mold but is O.K. :) great ice shape!! I Loveee the egg shape! Little dirty smudge on outside of one of the eggs on the mold but I don’t mind., it IS white,. ..

Not sure yet. I am used to Silikomart. It is top notch, releases well and doesn't smell in oven. To test this one I washed and put in oven at 325 and it smelled a bit. Not heavily but definitely smelled. This is a heavy silicone. White, can only oven test for chemicals as cannot pinch test as won't show when white. Not as shiny as Silikomart or Pavoni but half the price. I ordered several smaller entrement molds to try. See how they performed. The size is fine and has a matt texture. Be sure to assemble on a cookie sheet to keep everything steady. Not sure. I am very spoiled as Silikomart and Pavoni are very health friendly and worth the investment. This brand seems to make the molds fairly sturdy. It is not thin and flimsy. If you are only using them on occasion, they should be fine. Long term freezing and baking I have yet to learn how they are over time Price is right. I hate to buy some things for price only to have to go back and buy the better one later. How the silicone is made is of importance. If they use chemical fillers that may cause it to degrade over time or leach into my food is much more important. So I am cautious. I don't also want to waste food by molds not releasing without a fight. The ability to release can degrade over time on cheaper molds. Think safety along with the purchase. These are nice molds, boxed, and after initial smell releases may be fine. They are stronger than others. More stable.

Not very robust. Three of the eight squares failed on first use.

Worked perfectly for my mousse cakes. I leave my mousse to set in the molds overnight before attempting to glaze.
