Quality supplements
Easy to shallow, no artificial colours and flavours. Comes in a glass bottle which was well protected upon arrival. Not the cheapest option out there but worth the extra cost for peace of mind on quality.

Vitamin E capsules
Solgar Vitamin E softgel capsules. Genrally, these were ok, although I can see someone with swallowing isssues finding these hard to get down.

This is for preventative reasons
I have been taking this product for many years. The delivery is prompt, the tablet size is easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste. I dont know what good it does, as I take for preventative reasons, to keep my vitamin E levels up to a normal level. I just have to have faith that if I wasnt taking it my vitamin E levels would be too low.
