Soo many people here don’t understand what creatine is! This is not a “pre-workout” that you take 30 minutes before or after the gym a few days a week, that does NOTHING, nor do you “feel it” during your workout. It takes WEEKS for your body to become saturated with the dosage of creatine that you’re ingesting EVERY DAY consistently, without missing doses. Doesn’t matter what time of day you take it. Also, if you’re taking this for cognitive benefits (memory, focus, sleep deprivation) you’re going to need a lot more than the recommended 5 grams for weight lifting. More like 10-25 grams. Claimed “improved memory” from 1 gram like I’m reading in these reviews is nothing but placebo. It’s an amazing supplement, but research!!! With that said, the gummies are easy to take, I add them to my 5g of micronized monohydrate capsules so I don’t have to take so many pills to hit 10g a day. Little skeptical on the true doseage though.

Second time ordering. First batch was awesome. This batch was rock hard and inedible. Not eligible for a refund so in the trash they went.

I was looking for a decent tasting and cost effective option for creatine gummies. This hit the mark EXCEPT they will send you expired and off colored items occasionally. Notice the difference in color from the almost empty and opened bottle I’ve been using and then the one that just shipped to me.
