I like the trainer. Works as expected. I like the seat, but it is not far enough forward for me. And the foot rests are notas expected. The unit on amazon, shows adjustable foot rests, but my unit is not adjustable. However, the foot rests arelarge enough as to make it useable. The unit is very quiet, and the assembly instructions were very good. I like the unit .I would recommend this trainer.

Assembly was time consuming and will definitely want a helper but the instructions were easy to understand. i do like this item. it is easy to use and keeps me motivated to workout.

Called the company several times..machine is very stiff..I have to return..nice unit..if only I could had someone to direct my path on how to release the tension. The tension release dial was working a all...

It was pretty easy to put together. Very clear instructions. It is a very sturdy piece of equipment. I like the size of it, it doesn't take up too much space. The elliptical really gives you a great workout!

So far, it is smooth and quiet like I had hoped. I put it together myself and it is easy to move from one spot to another.

Works fine as an elliptical - at 6'3 and near 200 pounds I was a bit skeptical. The resistance could be higher, but I haven't tried manually tightening it yet. The bike function is suboptimal.

Good product but instructions somewhat confusing (tiny diagrams) and took three people to put together. Seems quite sturdy and fluid in operation.
