It really helped with my back pain, choosen this one cause it has the 2 small fasteners. It helps to get it really snug and supportive.

This item arrived nicely packaged in a plastic bag. My posture has always been quite bad, but with working in an office 9 to 5, it has been getting worse, so I thought I'd get this brace to see of it helps, and i think it does. As I work at home half the week, I've been wearing it on top of my clothes. I tried wearing it under clothing but it felt quite uncomfortable and scratched in different places. When you start using it, it is quite uncomfortable, as you are not used to the straight back position, but after a week, it just felt normal and I noticed I did sit up a lot straighter, even when I wasn't wearing it in the office. The brace is good but it is quite expensive, but I guess they say you get what you pay for

I bought this pasture corrector on behalf of my son, he works predominantly from home or in the office so couching in front of screens and over keyboards is a daily occurrence. He said at first the posture corrector feels slightly odd but once you have adjusted the the 4 Velcro straps to suit your needs it is not a problem. The corrector forces you to seat and stand correctly and is very beneficial in curtailing bad habits. He would not recommend wearing the corrector for long periods but prefers to wear it for 2/3 hours in the morning, take in off for lunch , and then another 2/3 hours in the afternoon. He recommends given it an ago, and you can always tailoring the use to whatever suits your personal lifestyle.

I've given this item a few weeks. It has not yet broken. trying to wear it everyday is not easy. It is comfortable, and would probably be even more so given that that I am on the upper end of the measurement for this medium. It definitely keeps the back straight., but my issue is rounding shoulders. It provides some tension to pull the shoulders back but not enough for me. If I am standing, u can feel the tension to remind you to not slouch and keep your back straight. So for me it requires a bit of personal awareness so do not expect this to do the job by itself. With this is mind, does it help me? On its own...no. BUT it does help to remind you not to slouch and keep a straight posture even when seated. I will continue to use it, until my body naturally corrects its posture. Exercise and stretching will also help for posture. I am think that this is an aid to correction and not as a be all end all product.Velcro could have been a bit more substantial and I can see it wear away with enough time. Other than that, it is of decent quality and lasted a month an bit now.

I have terrible posture and have found this product really good especially when working from home where I don't have the best of desk chairs.Comfortable and true to size.

I've not got issues with back pain yet, but I do expect this is going to be something I face sooner rather than later, which is why I got this brace, I've been wearing it for 10 minute intervals here and there just to see how it feels and how i 'Should' be holding my body with my posture. The quality is great, you feel really secure when you're all strapped in and I've been using it as a guideline to try help myself notice when I'm actively slouching
