Used it 5 (5) times and it would NOT take another charge. It even stopped working after only about 10 minutes the last time I used it.I reached out to product support to see what could be done. Support was very helpful but I doubt I will get the item replaced due to the fact that after the product quit working I threw it away and they want video proof of failed product but they offered to put me on their product testing listOverall thought it only worked 5 times, it did do what I had hoped which was to heighten my pleasure and product support was as helpful as they could be
