First headset broke, but replacement works flawlessly
Update: Wodio (Seller) provided a replacement headset, and this headset works flawlessly. It seems that the broken headset was an anomaly, and Wodio made it right. They were extremely communicative and helpful. I would absolutely recommend buying their products. Their customer support was top-notch. Purchased the headset on Sept. 4, 2025, and it broke today (January 4, 2026). I home office and rotate the headset on three different phones (unplug it from one phone when the battery was low, and plugged it into another). The headset worked great until it broke. I only had it for four months, so I am very unhappy with its longevity (or lack thereof).

Works great with my Panasonic wireless phone system. Very good sound quality. Volume up / down works great and has a mute button. Fits the head very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Excellent
I received a new replacement for my headset because the one I bought looks like it's defected. The new one works very good with no problem at all . The customer service for callez with really cooperated with me and he listened to my concerns then shipped to me the new one .

Compatible with Cisco IP Phone SPA508G. Easy to install. But constant static. I returned it and got a new one sent out thinking it was just defective but when I got the new one, same constant static. I can hear it and the person on the line can as well and they will comment on the constant static. Was excited at first but the static made me bring it down from 5 stars to 3 stars.
