This camera works great as a baby monitor. I bought it for my toddlers room to watch him during Nap time and I love that I can see the entire room, hear him and talk to him. I just didn’t like how it doesn’t hang on anything, we had to prop it up on his bookshelf. I liked it so much that I bought a second one for the baby’s room. The app is a little slow to connect, but we can watch them both at the same time on both of our phones. It’s very clear during the day and at nighttime. You can also zoom in, take still photos and record videos. Great item for how inexpensive it is! Highly recommend!!!

This is the perfect baby monitor for our family. Being able to watch my baby clearly and talk to her at the same time is very important. My husband and I don't have to rush into the room just because she made a noise. We can clearly see that she is just shifting in her sleep and doesn't need us to help. I love the ability to turn on a music for her if she gets just a little fussy. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for a video monitor that is very affordable and very easy to setup and use. It definitely made my life easier.

I have 4 of these cameras. I can't say any one of them is capable of producing an HD image. Most of the images are lousy resolution if there is any movement in the picture. The performance of the cameras is really substandard. Pictures are laggy and pixelated, and the cameras lose connection occasionally. I had 2 cameras lose their configuration completely. I had to reset them up from scratch.Audio is inconsistent and not clear, The monitoring software is also buggy. It will occasionally shut down for no reason. There also doesn't appear to be a way to go from a multi-camera view to a specific single camera.I just noticed in the Q&A the camera requires a minimum of 40Mb/s for proper performance! That's insane. My 4k tv requires 25 mb/s to produce a flawless image on a 65 inch screen. Poor poor poor engineering to require that kind of bandwidth to get an HD picture!'Overall a 1 star product. I wouldn't reccomend.

This security camera is an excellent value for the price. Setup was quick and easy, and overall, it works well. The night vision and motion notification features are reliable, adding to its security benefits.However, the app can be a bit glitchy—I often have to restart it to get the video feed to load, which can be frustrating. I also use an SD card for recording, and I initially expected a continuous 24-hour rolling feed. Instead, all recordings reset at midnight, which wasn’t a dealbreaker but would have been nice to know upfront.One of the biggest positives is that there’s no required monthly subscription to use the app, which is a great cost-saving feature. If the app’s glitches were resolved, this would easily be a 5-star product!

I had only bought one of these cameras to make sure it was a good product I end up buying four more for other rooms. It’s perfect the size isn't noticeable in the room. I have a five-month-old baby so it’s a perfect way to keep an eye out on my daughter while I’m at work . I also purchased from this same company they have a rotating camera that also zooms in, I got a few of those as well. There are lot of the cameras out there that are very pricey but this was extremely reasonable and the product is great .

This camera is decent for the price point depending on what you want to use it for. Could be a plus if you want to use it also as light in a room at night but can also be completely shut off as well.- if you're setting an alarm for your child moving around, make sure sound is off because it will sound the alarm on the camera not your phone. If you're using it as security having a loud annoying alarm going off due to movements might be a good deterrent. It sends your phone a notification either way.Negative:-Sound from camera to phone is very poor. It's still very quiet even when media volume is all the way up.- it comes with a magnetic mount for the camera so you can attach it to the wall or ceiling. However the camera itself only has 4 little magnetic points on the bottom of the camera and weight of the camera itself and/or the cord is too heavy for it to stay connected via the 4 little points on the plate.Negative as a baby monitor:-The app has to be opened on your phone/tablet to see your child. If it is closed you have to go back in and click on the room and it comes back up.-It automatically has the mute button onNegative as a security camera:- if you choose to record via the sd card (sold separately) the app has to be open on your phone. If you set it to record then close out of the app it stops recording. You may as well watch it live.

Good HD picture, buyers need to make sure they download the correct ap, because there are a few Mobi apps for I-phones
