Not my favorite pan. I was trying to save a few bucks over another recommended pan for instant pot cheesecake, and I liked that the rounds and brush were included.When i assembled it as pictured, (rounded edge up), mine didn't lay flat in the pan. I flipped it over (seam up) just to try, and it fit, was flat, but I promptly sliced my fingertip wide open on the edge as I was putting stuff in. Envision a super bad paper cut. (I should have known better)My cheesecake is cooling now, but I imagine it is also going to be very hazardous washing it too. That rolled seam was super sharp.

fortunately i ordered 2 of these pans because i came back to purchase a few more and they're no longer available. I absolutely love these pans for my pressure cooker i just wish they sold an extra bottom for replacement as i make cheesecakes and sometimes need 2 bottoms as 1 holds the already made cake, also would love to be able to purchase the tube bottom for angel food cakes. I'm hoping they will be available in the very near future as i would love to purchase a few as gifts for my daughters. If you're looking to purchase i would encourage doing so, also the reason for the 4 star versatility is only because the option for a replacement bottom isnt available, that being said it deserves a 5 star rating in fairness, bottoms become warped and a replacement should be available in my opinion but that's true of every pan not just this one. I consider this a must have for a pressure cooker especially for cheesecake!!!

Ive used this to make cheesecake in IP 3x now and it’s perfect. No leakage. Bottom removable plate is thick and sturdy unlike others I’ve bought. Also great to have pre-cut parchment and cake with little silicone brush.

The design seems nice, but the product arrived dented and scratched. The metal isn't quite as heavy or nice as Fat Daddio pans, but seems to be of reasonable quality. (I can't say whether it stands up to washing without rusting or not, because I am returning it, due to the scratching and dent)

One of my pans was slightly deformed, I'm assuming from shipping. A slight bit of pressure on the opposite sides restored the perfect circle. I made a cheesecake in it the day after it arrived. The perfectly cut parchment paper circles were great and kept the cheesecake from sticking to the bottom. I don't think this is a watertight arrangement, so I will always be using this to make cheesecake type things that have a dry crust going in at the bottom before any liquids.

I’ve made 2 cheesecakes in this pan already in my instant pot. Really like having the parchment inserts they give you. Gonna have to keep one for a pattern before I use them all up. The only reason for the four stars is that when I went to the store I saw a three pan set of spring form pans for what I paid for this one.

Bought this to go in my Instant pot to make cheesecakes. I have used it once and my cheesecake turned out great! It was my first cheesecake too! Would recommend this pan and it has a bonus of parchment papers.

Good quality and perfect size for the 6qt Instant Pot that I specifically order this for. Would recommend this. Easy to clean and use.
