Perfect solution for inflatable hot tub
Easy to install. Sturdy and perfect for assisting getting in/out of inflatable hot tub. I also bought a set of stairs (2 steps) to use with this handle. The combination makes getting in/out so much easier.

Very sturdy
As we are we getting older, finding it easier to in and out of hot tub and great for placing towels in a handy location. Easy to get under hot tub like that I do not have to bolt to hot tub

So far so good.
Got it put together but haven't tried using it to get in and out yet. The turn bolts to set the grab bar in the position you want don't hold tight, but work. Wish I'd purchased this prior to filling my new hot tub as now I have to place the plate under my steps, but their weight isn't enough to hold it down tightly, so I'm using some big heavy retaining wall bricks and the heavy wooded steps. Now to see if I can find a way to put a small step INSIDE the tub. These new tubs now days are so low on the inside with no high seat for short legged people with arthritis to step up and over the edge to get out. But, I may have something that will work using a folding step that sinks down well and can sit on the cushion I got to elevate myself so I don't have to use a snorkel to sit in my new tub. Wish they made a small tub for handicapped and short people.

Wobbley.
"Item" looks nice but is wobbley. It needs bigger nuts and bolts with lock washers! I will probably take it somewhere and have it welded.

Great looking steps
These stairs allow me to get into my hot tub and they are very sturdy!

Wonderful
They are awesome for hot tubs sturdy. If you put the skinny part underneath the hot tub of course and with the 360 handle, you can turn it and use it to come in to the tub or go out of the hot tub. I love it.

horrible - liability issue
buyer beware - it is not sturdy - when you put your weight into it it fails - if you THINK there are holes in the base plate in order to bolt it down to the deck - you are wrong. if your hot tub is recessed into your deck it cannot be used at all - my son grabbed it when getting into the hot tub and the bar fell over with him - he landed on his face and looks like he has been dragged behind an 18-wheeler. do not be mislead....your hot tub must be sitting on a tabletop deck - if the deck is built around your hot tub and your hot tub is on pavers on the ground ... you can not use this thing. manufacturer wants you to drain the hot tub and put the hot tub on the metal foot to keep the arm in place - the arm or base is not fastened down at all - this is not something for a big person or elderly person or disabled person to use - it slips from under the hot tub and you will crash.
