Though I am taking the above capsule each day, for the last three weeks,no appreciable change can be seen in my gut health . I presume the reason is the prebiotic used. In the bottle I got, the prebiotic is Inulin which is not that probiotic bacteria friendly. It would have been better, had they used FOS as prebiotic.

My issues are not able to digest spice food, not feeling well after drinks and sleep issues. Also sometimes depression like symptoms. Looks leaky gut issues. After taking one tablet a day felt result within in couple of days. Immediate effect is on sleep. Able to have good sleep. Nice mental energy and feel fresh. Now almost a week i am taking this and can see results. I could give 4.5/5 for products. Reason is not seamless mental energy creation. Sometimes feels energy gone for a couple of seconds and restores again. Not sure why but felt it. I wish it had L-glutamine but can taken as separate supplement. Getting good results when taken as first thing in morning with water with empty stomach. Do not eat anything for next one hour not even tea.

This is worst pro-prebiotics I have ever purchased. The objective of probiotics is to improve gut health. They reduce gas, inflatulation, and bloating by colonizing the intestine with healthy bacteria. Instead, this probiotics does not do anything. You fart more, feel bloated, and produce gas. This means this probiotics is not working, or doesnt contain right kind of bacteria. Stay away from this brand. Use CF probiotics. You would never fart again!
