Q: Do they make a pillowcase And where can I find it?

I just use a standard size pillowcase for mine. It's a little loose but I could do some light sewing and make it fit if it bothered me. For an even better fit, because of the curves, you could make a pillowcase out of cotton stretch jersey material, or just alter an old tshirt.

Q: Will this keep my head from turning to the side while sleeping on my back?

It helps me keep my head from turning while I'm on my back. Actually I've been falling asleep faster instead of tossing and turning.

Q: Where can I buy another cover or pillow case for a king size pillow?

I bought it from Walmart. Normal cover works for it.

We love there's one of us has cops and I'm a coal machine at night and I am a side sleeper and this is the best I've found. I wouldn't say it was "soft" but I have never found one that I could sleep through the night on like this one! It is memory foam!
