I was torn with even trying this mop. I heard such good things but then Swiffer is so much more convenient. This is with the extra 10 minutes!I don't like that I had to put it together and that the instructions weren't easy or just not there. It didn't take long and it's not like I had to do it every timeIt does a much better job than my Swiffer. It also did better than just my mop and bucket. This is really all you need

I had no experience using a spin mop and was unable to figure it out without instructions....not included. While the product was not what I had expected, I had an exceptional experience when I returned it....my account was credited within 3 days of sending it back.

This mop is easy to use and does a good job. It’s a lot better than a conventional mop system. My only complaint is that the handle could use some beefing up. The plastic pieces that joint each section together are the week. And mine broke during use. I was able to fix it by putting a piece of PVC pipe over the top of it and screwing it in place. However, I wish they had a replacement handle.

It was a bit confusing to assemble but it works perfect. And the mop heads are very easy to clean.

Smaller than expected. Not made very well. Flimsy construction.

Yes the mop is exellent exep for the joint on the stick is is made in plastic can broke easily. My broke . no reparable.

The slide feature it has to stop the handle from going up and down is a pain but the mop head work well.
