Dependable knife and scissor combo
This is comparable to the Gerber Armbar. Its heavier and larger but does what its told. The scissors are the largest and cut everything and being able to swap the blades is a nice touch (I have the exacto/box cutter blade. The case comes with an extra blade). The company doesn't mention it but the knives come in individual cases and magneticly stick together. Just make sure the knives are in the blade swap-locked position. No wiggle or give noted when properly seapped.

Best EDC Pocket Knife
This is best EDC knife i have found. All I wanted in an EDC was a knife and good scissors. The scissors are nice and big and sharp too. The ability to remove and replace the knife blade is also a plus. I like this knife some much that I bought one for my dad for Christmas.

Scissors are great, good overall tool
Update 2: trying to get support through email shows that this company would rather wear your down with photo and then video requests than just replace a faulty product. They also answer only one email a day and then won't answer again until the next day. Update 1 month: Scissors bent the metal case cutting simple garden zip ties. Not even thick ones. For something they mark as rugged and durable, I don't agree. Use for paper and maybe cardboard or thin twine only. Photo included. Initial review: Overall this is a good tool for the price, the customization option makes this a win at this price. Pros Scissors are decent, better than any of my Leatherman or Gerber multitools. Purchased for the scissors, use it on zip ties, paper, cardboard etc. They work decent. Nice form factor in pocket carry Knife scales have never came off in my pocket like some people have said, if you lock them down when the knife is open you will get a full lock. Cons the polish does allow for tape residue to be an issue on both the scissors and the knife. Unfortunately it causes performance issues on the scissors. Other knives do this too but some surface polishing or coating on some knives make this not an issue. Included knife is ok, blade geometry is standard but not my favorite, I don't want to order a 3 pack off Amazon to get the blade i want so I will order directly from roxon at some point. See pictures, there is surface rust starting inside the knife. I use these in the wood shop, the garden and a lot of other situations so try to clean them and dry them regularly. See pics to see size comparison with 2 other knives in similar price points. The Spyderco Byrd (best beater knife i have had) and the Kershaw Leek which is a nice sleek everyday carry.

Excellent Scissors with a Fun Modular Blade System
I've been really enjoying this product so far. The biggest highlight is the scissors—they're huge. They're larger than the scissors on the Roxon Flex Companion, slightly larger than those on the Roxon K2SE, and also bigger than the Rocktol SK05. The weight feels just right. It's a bit heavier than the Roxon S502U Blade, but it's still very comfortable to hold and use. The modular blade system is a lot of fun and makes the tool very versatile. While it's not a full-fledged multitool, it excels as a combination of a high-quality pair of scissors and a modular blade system. Overall, I think it pairs exceptionally well with the Roxon Flex Companion, making them a great combination to carry together.

Do not buy! Scissors broke in less than 1 year.
Update! 08/03 After emailing, Roxon promptly sent me a replacement. This replacement has the new and updated locking mechanism and looks much more robust. Props to Roxon for standing behind their product and making physical changes. Will continue to use this in the garden and will report back if they fail again. Old review: Do not buy! The scissors broke in less than 1 year. Roxon not getting back to me regarding warranty. (Will edit this review if they do!) I purchased the Roxon S501U for its folding scissor functionality, but a severe design or manufacturing defect has rendered it completely useless. An internal metal locking tab/stop inside the handle frame sheared off, which completely prevents the scissor assembly from locking into the open position. As a result, there is absolutely zero lock-up or detent retention. The entire scissor unit just flops and swings completely free on the main pivot pin like a loose pendulum. Because it cannot lock rigidly against the chassis, it is impossible to cut anything; the moment you apply any finger pressure to use the blades, the entire scissor assembly instantly collapses right back into the handle. This is a major quality control flaw and an obvious safety hazard. Avoid this model until Roxon reinforces the internal locking components.

Fantastic EDC Innovation
This new Roxon design really delivers... large scissors, interchangeable blade and slim design. Unlike another reviewer, I had no problem changing blades (I've easily installed the two hawkbill blades and the diamond file). The mechanism is very effective and simple to use (although I wonder if it is susceptible to grit?). My major issue is that there is not enough of a cutout to easily open the blades with one hand (fixable using a zip tie as a thumb stud, but definitely a design issue). Also, the pocket clip is designed for right-handed people in tip-down configuration... it cannot be changed for tip-up or left-handed carry. Overall a fantastic design with genuine innovation, but it can be improved upon thusly: 1) Make blades more accessible with one hand. 2) Make the product lighter (it's not heavy, but pulls on the pocket a bit more than I'd like). 3) Make it more easily usable by left-handed people. 4) Make a deep-carry clip available (I believe this could also be designed to allow tip-up carry). 5) Make replaceable blades more accessible (at the moment, you can't purchase a specific blade, only 3-packs with three different blades). #4 and 5 should be relatively easy to offer, without a redesign... listening, Roxon? I really love the direction Roxon is taking the company (also looking forward to the Flex multitool), with these new modular pocket-size tools!

Love it
9/10. Great execution. Scissors are very very good. The rest of the time it operates as a decent pocket knife. Blades are very sharp out of the box. The ability to change blades to different tasks, or simply replace them as they get beat up is great. Only things I could ding it for is the opening hole on the blades out of the box is really sharp. It's a perfect 90° cut, and a quick pass to knock that edge down ever so slightly would make it a lot more comfortable to use. Takes 1min to fix yourself. Otherwise the item is pretty perfect.

I like the knife, but replaceable blade locks need work
I really do like this knife. The scissors work well and are really nice. The knife came sharp and is nice. The only gripe is that the little locking nub nearest the blade keeps unlocking when I pull the knife from my pocket. This makes the scale and the blade loose when I go to open it, and I then have to fiddle around to get it locked back in place. If the lock was not up/down, but side to side, I don’t think this would be as much of a problem, but as is, it’s kind of frustrating and will likely keep this knife from being an everyday carry choice for me. Too bad because I quite like a lot about it.

Good, promising product
The scissors are absolutely great, the swappable blade a neat idea (especially when you want to sharpen it) but the knife opening is so sharp (for grip purposes) that you might cut your thumb in it. I would definitely recommend it and I would buy more products from Roxon (since I use this tool for gardening maybe Roxon will focus on this niche in the future).
