If you grow produce in containers you NEED this!
I LOVE anything ‘back to the roots’ brand and this olla (oya) pot is by far my favorite. It takes porch container gardening to the next level, especially during the heat of summer!! They are made of terracotta, excellent quality, durability, and this being my second pot I can say that these are so easy to use and very discreet, burried in the middle of your pot.I have included a photo of my other olla pot that is already being used. I just buried it in the soil when I planted my strawberries and it was a total game changer!!I have never had such HUGE strawberry leaves, and the flowered/fruited like crazy!! This was just 4 plants. I think the first photo you ca. barely see the top of the olla pot, burried in the center.Side note-because I have a large creek that leads to a lake on my land I try to be cautious of chemicals. This year I did a double planter. So if you think you see mint leave your aren’t wrong! The strawberry pot was sat in/on the mint and it was planted along the edges of the bigger pot. This was my first time trying this and it worked so well as a pesticide, highly recommend!!

Love these!!
Added them to our garden this year and it’s been a game changer on watering and crop production! Super easy to use and they are quality pots. This size, I was able to use 3 pots in an 8x4 raised garden bed and everything is thriving. Highly recommended!

I love them!
I love these. They've worked out really well for me. It's so nice to be able to water 1 or 2 times a week instead of every single day, and I use so much less water but my plants are more consistently watered!

These are absolutely amazing! I am always having a hard time remembering to water my plants but this works like a charm. They are a perfect size for my pots. I purchased only 1 set, but will get additional one in different sizes. They are super simple to use.

Delivers Sustenance to Your Root Systems Without the Need to Over-Water!
I first became aware of the concept of slow-drip terra cotta systems from a documentary about a zero-footprint property with a subsistance garden in arid north L.A. When I set up a raised bed for tomatoes on a south-facing slope, I embedded three of these alongside three tomato plants.Knowing the growing root networks for my plants are addressed below the surface has provided me confidence amid a summer with record-breaking heat. This provides a level of plant support between early morning and late evening watering that keeps our plants from being overwatered. Not only is this a great win for ecological watering, it’s a means of addressing the whole plant. That my plants are growing a great volume of fruit is no coincidence. These allow me to gauge just how much additional water my plants need without overwatering “just in case.” The bonus is if you cannot water for a day or so, you can feel good about the roots being fed in a measured, responsible manner.Don’t hesitate to get these!

Value
Excellent price! Very convenient to use and the perfect size for my larger plants. I might get more for garden use next year if this price stays around the same.
