We took our first trip to Europe. I don't travel well and worried about the long flight, time change and missing a day or more due to jet lag. I followed the easy instructions and this worked great. No side effects, my sleep was great, energy was great and I easily transferred to the European time change. We had a great trip! I will be using this on all future trips.

This is the 3rd time I'm purchasing this product. I am a very anxious flyer and would hyperventilate during takeoff. When I first bought this, I tested it out first to see if it will have a negative effect on me or if it's just placebo and I have noticed that I felt more confident and less anxious. It worked wonders during my subsequent flights and I didn't feel scared during turbulence. I had a friend test it out and he reported that it had great effect on him as well. DON'T GET THIS IF YOU NEED HELP IN SLEEPING DURING THE FLIGHT. This is not made for that. It's to reduce anxiety and fear of flying. Take other supplements meant for relaxation instead. I like ashwagandha tablets to help me fall asleep.

Gave me a headache was semi difficult to keep on but I put my watch band over it and then have an issue. It did not provide me with a noticeable amount of calm so it really wasn't worth it.

I tend to get anxious when flying have a hard time relaxing. These patches worked great, I felt relaxed and was even able to sleep. Usually I can’t even look out the window and with the patch I was able to enjoy my flight. You can’t even feel it. The only downside is that it does tend to get stuck on things if you don’t put it on correctly.

Whether real or imagined I did feel less stressed flying. On our second flight there was hours of turbulence and we had to do a "go-around" (nearly landed and then took off again) which all really sucked. I held it together well despite these stressful moments. I think it would have been a lot worse had I not had these patches. The patch sticks well to your arm, you don't really notice it and I didn't feel any side effects from wearing it.

I bought sleep dreams patch version. The item is not individually packed. It doesn’t smell a hint of lavender at all and of course it doesn’t do anything on me. Item is not returnable.

I loved these! They worked well for me for a 16 hrs time difference. I forgot to take a Day one and really felt the difference. The next day after using as directed, I felt much better. Will buy these again!

I was skeptical of these reading some of the reviews but honestly I really like them. I have had no issues whatsoever with the adhesive sticking and it stays on 8+ hours w/o fail. It’s not a drowsy feeling like taking melatonin or a Benadryl- which is why at first I wasn’t sure if it was working. But simply noticed I would be ready to actually fall asleep quicker at night. I put the patch on around 8 and by 10 I’m ready to crash (when normally I’m up sometimes until past midnight)- but I’ve also noticed better quality of sleep once i actually fall asleep too. I love that I don’t have any drowsiness, I love that it’s natural and more homeopathic approach and love that it’s topical

I really liked these! Used them for an overseas flight. As other people have mentioned, they are absolutely not for helping you sleep but rather to just feel calmer in stressful situations. Three of us used them and all of us noticed a gentle calming effect without feeling drugged or out of it. The effects were subtle so I'm not sure how it would be if you were a really nervous flyer, but they worked well for us and I will definitely purchase again, for flying or any other stressful situation. The patches were very discreet.
