Worth every penny the DVD has really good has clear instructions, the balls are much better than tennis or lacrosse balls firmer than tennis ball and softer than lacrosse balls. They also seem to stick to your skin so you can stretch the soft tissue just underneath, just right for tensor fascia lata too amazing on your necks, showers, back, face and feet every were.Really great for self treatment so saving money going to a therapist for massage.Very happy with the DVD and balls I feel light and floaty.

There are 2 DVDs, thought I think the content could've fitted on a single DVD. It has 2 sets of instructions, working against the wall and working on the floor (more intense). This is brilliant. I've tried the tennis ball approach and quickly gave up as the balls weren't quite right for rolling, but these are brilliant. Helped relieve the pain and discomfort I had in my lower spine and pelvis after just 1 use.
