Bought these to replace another similar item that was out of stock on Amazon. These seem to work well out well for a good price - no issues and no side effects after taking them. Recommended!

I've used Bulksupplements products before and they've always been reliable and this CoQ10 supplement is no exception. These pills are large (3/8" x 1") but I found them easy to swallow. I can also tell that these pills are highly effective because when I take CoQ10 I quickly notice the effects in terms of healthier gums.

I like that this comes in capsule form, making it easy to incorporate into my daily routine. These are easy-to-swallow and third-party lab-tested and certified in a GMP facility.Having only ingredient makes it easier to not account for the other supplements I'm currently taking. Also, being non-GMO and free of gluten, dairy, yeast, and sugar makes it suitable for a wide range of dietary preferences and restrictions.With supplements it's hard to tell if it works. I'll update if I notice any positive or negative effects.

First, I just love softgels, and softgels are said to be a more easily absorbed form of Coq10. These are about an inch long, but are very narrow and so are easy to swallow. They are 200 mg, (twice what I'm currently taking) the upper range of the recommended amount according to a glance at Google.Having so much information available about a product gives me reassurance. Personally I'm definitely comfortable taking this CoQ10 by BulkSupplements.com.

First off, I'm not qualified to scientifically comment on the effectiveness of this product so will only be commenting on my own experience in taking this product.I've been using BulkSuppliments for their taurine powder for the last 7 years, and so this brand has been around a while. I have high cholesterol that I' monitoring, and I saw that CoQ1 may help in reducing the LDL so I decided to test it out. I will have my annual physical in 5 months so I'll see if this helps. Of course, I'm also doing other things to help keep my cholesterol down, so I will not know for sure if this is the one thing that helps. But if this product could be one of the factors that would be a plus.The gel cap is easy to swallow, and this jar comes with 120, 200mg gel caps, and dosage is 1 per day, so will last me 4 months. The price is reasonable and is in line with other brands sold on Amazon.

As a consumer, evaluating dietary supplements is hard to do when the effects are not directly measured in routine blood tests or produce obvious benefits in how you feel. As a statin user, I have been aware that CoQ10 is depleted, and can be replenished with a dietary supplement. For that reason, I have been taking CoQ-10 supplements for a number of years. Typically 100-400 mg CoQ10 per day. As indicated, I really do not notice differences if I change the dose or supplier.That said, this particular BULKSUPPLEMENTS product looks similar to other CoQ10 supplements. The BULKSUPPLEMENTS product is almost black in a gel form, is easy to swallow, and has no flavor (other CoQ10 products can be dark red to orange or tan in color -- see photo for this detail). Beyond those notes, and again without any way to evaluate absorbency or bioavailability, price might play a role in deciding to purchase this supplement.

I have taken some half the size but still 200 mg. I don’t like the size.
