Perfect for in fighting training
I used this for several reasons. Strengthening, mobility and boxing exercises. Perfect length, long but not too long. Great for what it’s supposed to do.

Thing is great but my girlfriend just use it not a lot
My girlfriend told me to buy this for her, honestly, I did like this stuff. And she got this, she only uses this thing 3 or 4 times maybe, women always like this. When she wants something, she has to get this thing like immediately, but when she gets it, things like different, she just loses interest in it.
