This item was purchased with confidence that it would be a usable product. When it arrived the day after I ordered it, it was not usable. It had a sticky substance coagulated in the rubber part of the dropper so it is not able to suck the liquid up into the dropper to dispense. Very disappointing since my neighbor had very highly recommended this product to me.
