Great MILL unit. No Base Mount gear. You will have to mount and calibrate yourself.
Great Product! Steady and HOLDS.... Does NOT come with BASE mounting gear. Understandable. Downsized my shop to small parts along with 3D printing. So Far, So Good.... No need for a "Bridgeport" under current needs. You stay in house without freezing in winter in shop...Phil

Nice little vise
Not too heavy. Fit my rather small drill press well. The rotating vise is a very useful design feature, which I've not seen on its competitors.

Very nice vise. Good hobby grade device.
This is a great vise. It's great for light duty, hobby grade work. Don't expect to be milling engine parts on this. It's not that heavy duty. Save that work for your Bridgeport. But if you have small parts that you need to fabricate, this might be for you. I used this to mill some plastic parts and it worked great. I locked up a pretty good sized end mill on my drill press and carved out some parts out of a solid 3" block of Acrylic. Chewed right through it with excellent precision. Very pleased with the results.

Why in the world would this be built with no way of locking down the slides. For the money it is a decent piece, but could be made a ton better.

Good for using as a light duty for x-y vice
Lashed this unit to dremel "drill press" stand. Now I can do more complex drill operations. This vice has some heft to it and the fine pitch of the threads makes it easy for small moves on the work table. When it first came out of the box, there was a bolt was in the box. This nut clamped the rotation of the head, so it kind of rocked like it was busted. Re-attaching the bolt fixed that in short order. Recommend.

This is a piece of crap toy NOT a tool.
This is flat out JUNK. Paper thin aluminium cast base that will crack easily, the vise has ZERO weight and will tip over. The cross slide ways are PLASTIC…….PLASTIC!!!!!!! This is a fisher price toy, DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!!!!
