Worth it! Used for flavor and color baked in cakes, cold smoothies, frozen drinks, beverages and sprinkled over frosting and whipped cream. This is an extremely versatile product with an excellent shelf life. Much better option to relying solely on syrups and jams.

I skipped a star as there are no directions as to how much to use, unless I missed it. Smells good. I was using it in my pizzelles. I used 3 TBLS in my recipe. Not sure how much to use. It gave it a slight flavor. Did not want to use too much, as it is not cheap for the amount. The jar appears to have a lot in it. I think it is already sweetened, as I added sugar to my recipe and it was WAY too sweet. I will try again, without the sugar. would be nice if I knew how much I was supposed to use.

Excellent for cookies that use ground dehydrated raspberries. This is a product I can’t buy in my local stores.

Not the company's fault, but I thought this would be great to add to fizzy water, but it actually removes the fizziness.

Wow! The flavor is amazing! I sprinkle some on my homemade yogurt and it tastes better than store bought yogurt! I flavored and colored cookie icing and was so pleased with the outcome!!
