It does what it says but limited for colors or options
I am rewriting my review for this. I have had it now for a week or so. I have a Lian Li Lancool Mesh 2 RGB case. Not needing a header would be my RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra Gaming GPU and my TridentZ RAM. I have seven MF120 Halo fans and three MF140 Halo fans for a total of 10 fans. Three of those fans are on the Master Cooler 320 Illusion aio cooler and the cables are so short they have to be daisy chained together for RGB. I also have the Master Cooler RGB GPU support stand. This makes for nine total RGB plugs needing a home. One for the aio cooler and pump head, one each for the remaining seven fans, and one for the GPU support stand. At first I put a couple splitters on which gave me nine connections total but I ran the aio rgb directly to a header on the motherboard. It was messy but it worked, all colors synced and all effects did too.I decided to try and clean up the wiring a bit and get this hub. Since it draws its own power from a Sata cable I figured this would be a lot cleaner than running a couple of splitters in the back for everything. For that purpose, it works. I was able to connect everything to it, including the daisy chained aio fans. I know when I feed too much to one plug, nothing lights up. In this case, everything lit up so I know I am good there.Moving on to using Armory Crate. I found now that a lot of colors just do not work for the fans. Take white, its a very common color and before this hub I could set it white and watch my Tron set light up a clean white. With this hub, if I set it to static and select white, the only things that change to white are my RAM and GPU. All of the fans turn red. With some colors the pump head RGB just flashes and goes out (this may be overload but then why does it light up for other colors?). Orange, purple, yellow, teal, none of these colors work anymore for what is connected to this hub. Want Rainbow? Not with this hub, my RAM and GPU swoop through the colors of the rainbow but my fans and stand are color cycling red and black. Color Cycle is a trip, the pump head lights up for some, the fans just shift from red to green and blue while the RAM and GPU are cycling through green, yellow, red, teal, purple, pink, and so on. Basically any effect you choose, if you do not choose red or blue or green, then the fans will just light up red. Maybe you are good with red, if so, get this hub and make everything like the Death Star inside. Whats really odd is "Beathing" if I set the color to teal, when the lights fade in, everything is teal until they get to full lit, then the fans and stand jump to full green. This hub is freaking me out so I am removing it and going back to my splitters. It may take me a little more effort to keep the wiring clean but at least I know when I set a color, that color will be properly represented. This hub just cannot do it for some reason.

Does work completely.
Some people talk about it failing and limited color options. I have to question their installation methods. There is a limit to the amp per connection of 0.7a. If you daisy chain to many fans together it will overload anything with a 0.7a limit. I use my mother board software to run this header and have not ran into any issues. I get sometimes you get a bad device because the QA can be rough coming out of china lately. However I don't believe these units are as bad as some people say they are.

Does not work correctly. Has a mind of it's own.
The hub does not respond to ARGB input, but rather operates all connected lights in a perpetual rainbow at full brightness. I verified my ARGB controller is good; lights operate correctly when connected directly to the ARGB controller. Returning this and ordering a different brand with better ratings.

How to make this work!!!
It's nowhere in the documentation but connect your RGB devices to the hub connect the two pin cable that goes from hub to the motherboard argb connector power everything on then jump the two pwm pins for 2 or 3 seconds it takes the controller out of remote mode and makes it function like any other argb controller. If you have a case with a front panel LED or RGB button like the montec 95 you can plug the LED negative and positive to the pwm pins and you can then either hold the LED button down for 2 seconds to force the controller into hub mode or you can click cycle and go through all the pre-programmed patterns that are on the controller when you're in hub mode the controller remembers the settings that you leave them in hope this is helpful for all people that say that this thing is s***

Does not work
I tried multiple solutions to get this to work, but it only displays fans in their default colors. Does not work when connected to the argb controller on the lancool 11 and does not work when using the argb header on the motherboard. The simple $2.00 argb splitter works so I know it's not the controller or the fans.
