Works, provides a result 5 minutes later and the bar is clear enough to see. Like with this type of test it will show you if your Iron levels are within the normal scale or not normal, that is to say either too low or too high. Both is possible, so you will need to contact your health practice for a test that will tell if you are anemic (low Iron) or if your Iron is too high. Vegetarians have usually low Iron but there are hereditary conditions that can lead to high Iron as in the case of my mother who is vegetarian more or less and still has high Iron in her blood.
