High Torque AC Motor + Speed Controller + Gear Box, 250W Single Phase Electric Motor with Gearbox, Variable Speed Motor, Reversible Gear Motor with Control Box, 110V Geared Motor

I used this to build a pig rotisserie and it worked great. It was gear reduced further another 8-1 and it easily spun 120lb of meat for hours and never got hot. The speed controller was very nice unlike others that simply are a adjustable resistor and starve the motor of voltage causing the motor to burn up. This performed great, it has what appears to be a load capacitor on the side and can be adjusted from 1-100% I ended up making my own mounting bracket becuase the one I found after hours of searching was going to take to long to get. The correct bracket for this is LD-180W-370W

Good torque and speed control. Drive will back drive under heavy static load. 80# load on a 4” diameter cable track would slowly back drive after motor turned off if no additional brake incorporated.

I bought it for a freebowling machine project which basically has a spring load gear system. No spring, instead I used a bungee cords, the very elastic one. And the controller seem to overheat and self shut down which is great but this is a high torque power AC motor, it should not be struggling with a bungee rubber cord. It is terrible.

It's a good motor. I use it to power a sheet metal bead roller. I use sprockets and roller chain to drive the bead roller. One issue is that on slower speed settings the motor jumps when starting but then slows right away to the speed setting. Nothing I can't deal with, just something I've learned to expect. Other than that it's perfect for this application. One other issue was sourcing a 15mm bore #40 sprocket. I ended up boring a 1/2" to 15mm and broaching a metric key way in it. It's stable and reliable so far.

Solid motor and control unit, Extremely high torque for its size. Should work very well for my project.

It's decent. Not quite as much "oomph" as I was hoping for. Hopefully, it will hang in for a while.

I will use this gearmotor for conveyor. All is OK.I am satisfited.

This is a totally useless product. In last eleven months I have used it for less than 24 hours . And it stops . I realize warranty may b over but I would totally disapprove this motor.

Un boulon non visé et le chafte du moteur violament percuté et lindication dans les instructions indiquent clairement que celui ci ne doit pas avoir de fort coup.
