I bought two of this Kionex Air fryer as I wanted capacity and the price was right. They're shape and colour also meant they fit into my kitchen easily and complimentarily. However, in the past two weeks they have both stopped working. The heating elements seem to have burned out. Bought the Dec 21st 2023 and they died by Feb 27th and Mar 5th. 3mths lifespan. NOT GOOD!!

I love the fact this has a glass tray which means no nasty chemicals; I had to search high and low for this, it seems all fryers have that icky coating which comes off, potentially into your food, and your digestive system. Yuck. This has a strange menu at the top but it can be easy to set on 180C and use it like that without worrying about the intricacies of the menu. And by the way it looks very nice! Price and look and glass set it apart.What is remarkable is the exquisite customer service: I had an issue with it and customer service resolved very promptly and to huge satisfaction. These guys want happy customers and well, they have one!

Instructions on operation re manuel operation rubbish had to find a way around pre select foods. Timings & temp accurate for cooking .easy to clean

Would not recommend this item to anyone. After one week started getting louder and louder with each use. Heating component stopped working after less than six weeks, I have only been using it twice a week. Digital display still lights but no matter what settings I tried, it will not heat. A total waste of time and money. Would have rated no stars but review cannot be submitted without any.

The size and style are perfect for my small kitchen. No instructions but plenty of videos to get to grips with it.Have only used 5 or six times and it has stopped working. Disappointed as only purchased a couple of months ago.

This air fryer perfect for one person or even a couple, sometimes the food cooks quicker than suggested time which is why the see through part comes super handy. Very affordable and well built
