Health Professional's Guide to Dietary Supplements Review: Great resource - This book is not a "couch reader". You aren't going to sit and read from cover to cover, but as a resource, it is wonderful. There's enough science to make it trustworthy, but not so much that you need a medical degree to understand what is going on. The authors do a good job of presenting the use case as well as some of the contraindications. Every person is different as is their medical history, so people need to do their own research for their situations, but I have been reaching for this book as a starting point since day 1.
