Great and functional
My daughter who attends elementary school in Miami uses it to bring her lunch, let's heat water first before putting the food (6am) and she tells us that at the time of her lunch break (11:30am) it is still hot.

Terrible Quality - Worst Customer Service
Our Stanley Thermos failed after just a couple of months. The warranty process was aggravating, and began with “Our warranty doesn’t cover cosmetic issues” and carried on with weeks between responses. It culminated in a denial of our claim because I didn’t send a picture of the Stanley logo, despite having sent in exactly what was asked for.I’m going to donate the rest of our Stanley products and replace them with other brands. The Hydroflask thermos I bought to replace this one has been better in every way.Stanley does not stand behind their products, and it appears that is likely because their products are poorly made.I will never again purchase a Stanley product of any type.

Works great.
Size is good for my son's lunch. He reports food is still warm at his lunch time. Easy to clean. Does not trap water inside when cleaned in dishwasher.
