So bought to ease side effects of some medication (it doesn't react with medication I am on). Brilliant, less joint pain, sharper fcus, more energy. Have it in coffee when I wake with a dash of cinamon insted of sugar.Powder can take a while to mix in, test it forst to see if you are allergic. I put a small bit on my tongue. It tasted like mild, super mild mushroom soup. I have been using this a while and my health has improved. I take mine a 1 level teaspoon split between 2 coffees, upon waking. Tried taking it at night and I had problems sleeping. Size is great, easy to swallow. Recommend.

I’d read so much about this product and finally decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did! It arrived quickly and was really well packaged. The quality is great and it’s definitely good value for money. I mix this in with my morning juice, which works well. I’ve only been taking it for about a week, but I’ve already noticed an improvement in my focus. Looking forward to seeing the long-term benefits!

This is a very reasonably priced product in comparison to others I’ve bought - cheaper for larger quantity bags.Having said that I have a couple of negative comments. It’s tasteless and a very light powder and whilst that’s a good thing I guess it doesn’t dissolve particularly well and leaves a powdery residue at the bottom of the cup. But value for money it’s good and it doesn’t taint the food.As I’ve swapped from using the lions mane from tv to this one I haven’t noticed any change as this is supposed to be full spectrum too. So try it and see what you think.

Disappointed that although it is a UK company, the lions mane comes from China. I didn’t notice any benefits from taking it compared with the lions mane from Diddly Squat Farm, I definitely feel more alert after taking it.
