Simple easy to use and does the job

For opening tins of peas, soup or beans etc it works fine but when I tried to open a tin of tuna. It just wouldn’t open it and I cannot see any reason why. All other openers I’ve had have done the job ok

My mum has arthritis and the right tin opener with battery is hard to find due to can't get into the battery compartment but this can opener was perfect for her great for price and for my mum's arthritic hands easy opening

I bought this as a replacement for a one touch can opener which my elderly and arthritic mother had used successfully for a long time, but has now worn out. Because of her arthritis, she does not buy many cans, so it was a while before she fully realised this product was faulty.It will not open the cans she buys ( mostly ring pulls, which she can't pull) -initially I thought that may have been the cause of the problem, but I have tried it on a variety of cans and it simply does not work, constantly stopping and not gripping the metal or piercing it- when viewed from below during use, you can see that the blade and the operating mechanism appear flimsy and the blade just skims round the can without cutting. Having read some of the other poor reviews, they describe the problems she experienced exactly.Because of its infrequent use, and my mother believing that she just could't get used to it, she delayed telling me it was not working and now the return date for a refund has passed. I feel that I should be getting a manufacturers refund, and will pursue that line. Culinare should really recall this product, as it is totally unfit for purpose and I agree with the reviewer who pointed out how unsuitable it is for disabled people, I bought her previous one touch from a specialist disability aid store, and will be buying the replacement from there too.

When it opens a tin it is great. Nice finish not rough however it is temperamental and does not alway work.

was a bit awkward to start with, not the opener fault was the tin, apart from that place it on the tin press the button and let it go, does it all for you

Easy to use but does leave sharp edge

It works fine...no major issues. The only setback is that sometimes it cuts from the outer part of the tin (not the top part) but it's not a big issue. Recommended.

Das Ding ist einfach Klasse, ich habe schon viele ekektrische Dosenöffner benutzt, ausprobiert und besessen, dieses Model funktioniert für mich von allen am besten und ist leicht zu bedienen. Besonders der Rücklauf ist hier gut gelöst.

Works nice. Had two different like this before. The first very good.. but after many years it brooke, bought a new one "lookalike" but that was worthless as it didn't cut good and just went round and round and got stuck on then can,This one yu start, it cuts good, but you need to press button again to stop it. No problem, just another construcktion:-)

Es la caña, lo he comprado para mi pareja que tiene problemas de movilidad en un sola mano. Algo tan sencillo como abrir una lata de atun era imposible y ahora el solo puede hacerlo. No se cuanto durará pero es un aparato que le ha dado más autonomía en el día a día. Estoy encantada.
