Procolored F13 Panda DTF Printer A3 L1800 Transfer Printing Machine T-Shirt Direct to Film with White Ink Circulation and Semi-Automatic Cleaning

The printer came in fast and was verry well packaged. Setup was super easy if you follow the instructions and videos provided. I have been using the Procolored F13 DTF Printer for almost a year now with no issues. The print quality is great! I recommend this printer to anyone wanting to get into DTF printing! Its a great value for sure!

I bought this printer about a year ago. It prints beautifully and I’ve have gotten so many compliments on my prints compared to to other. Customer service takes care of any issues I have day or night. Would buy again!

I would loved to have given this negative 5 stars. We did a TON of research before buying this. If you are thinking about buying this printer. DOn't just walk away RUN. Yes we were aware these type of printer require lots of maintance. WHich we did even still with clogged pritn head several times. Yes contacted Procoloreed support. Folloowed their direction. Which inclueded dismatteling to a certaijn degree. THen after doing one more print head clean per their direction. Put it all back together. Did a small print test. Then the motherboard blew. it states one year warranty except pritn head which is 6 months. THey refused to replace the mother board. ANd highly recommded doing the print head at the same time. That came to around $800. At this point I was ready to take a hammer to it. They REFUSED to replace it. Even bought the extemded warranty with Asurion. THey even refused said Procolored warranty is still good. So after several differnt days of Trouble shooting and chatting with Procolered. I worked with Amazon with their aA to Z guarantee THey agained to refund our money. Not to get this over prived. Poor quality peice of JUNK out of our house. DO NOT BUY this printer.

Purchased the Procolored F13 DTF printer and I absolutely love it! Print quality is great and the pictures are vibrant in color compared to others DTF printers. This printer is so easy to use and maintain. I live everything about it and it’s super happy with the print quality. This is a game changer for my small business. Thank you Procolored.

Very dependable printer. I have used it every day for business for almost a year. If you follow the instructions and maintenance protocol, this machine will delight you! Just be sure to use high quality white ink. Customer service is reliable and always there. They will never leave you hanging.

10 out of 10 recommend, I have had this computer for a few days now, and it is much nicer than my older version. It runs quiet, the software rips beautifully, I didn't have to mess with the colors to get the prints to look how I wanted them to look, easy setup, easy printing. Customer service is great, especially now that they have switched to udesk. They are available all day. I have been a customer for years, and will continue to be.

I bought the printer a couple of months ago. At first, it had many issues—red warning lights, white ink problems, interruptions during printing, among many others. I called to request a return, but they explained that the return process was complicated, although they do offer 24/7 customer service. I reached out to customer support, and the response was quick and easy. The engineers at Procolored are very friendly and approachable. I spoke with several engineers, and they all helped diagnose the problems with my printer, but Lucas stood out. Together, he and I were able to align the printer’s components and colors correctly. If you’re experiencing similar issues with your printer, I recommend being patient and polite with the support team, and following their guidance—they really know what they’re doing. I’ve now been printing for over a month without any problems. I do recommend using the customer support if you’re having issues with your printer.

Machine made clanking noises, like getting caught. One ink cartridge blew out side with ink everywhere inside and it has double red blinking light error happen multiple times in first 24 hours of use. More time spent on figuring out errors and issues then getting prints UPDATED REVIEW: I have to update this review because this company has been nothing but AMAZING with their customer service and help in solving the issues. The fix was actually so easy and was nothing major at all! There engineer worked with me for 2 hours with no rushing or impatience. He shared videos and pictures to help, plus walked me step by step through everything. I now have more knowledge to help myself and know how easily my questions will.ne answered. It may have started rough BUT the service was.great and the prints are so colorful and clear.
