These literally now allow me to be able to clinch my fingers into a fist. I haven’t been able to for 12 years without extreme pain and not close them completely. Now I can with no pain. I’ll be 73 this year. I also got my younger brother to try them and he has benefited very much also.

No fishy smell or fishy taste, and the 1000mg dosage is effective. A budget-friendly option, though some may prefer enteric-coated versions. Goes down smooth.

And at this price point, I can afford them. I started taking these when my doctor told me I needed to add more Omega 3 oils into my diet. I am busy and do not always have time to eat a "well balanced meal". These, I take daily and do not get stressed out about my health when I have no time for a real meal. I haven't noticed any "fishy burps" I have heard can be a thing with supplements. In fact, I have only noticed improvements. The little gel pills are rather large, but I am not someone who struggles with that issue.

Great value easy to swallow no fishy aftertaste

Affordable fish oil pill! I give my two dogs a pill every day. They have very shiny coats. I do cut off the top of each pill and place it in their dog dish. I will be placing this item on auto-delivery.
