My family and I have been drinking this tea for almost two weeks now and I am giving it 5 Stars for the following reasons:It is truly economical, because each sachet is good not just for one cup of tea, but for our 1,9 liter carafe - my whole family of four adults enjoy the tea made just from one sachet.We also loved the fact that the sachets are made from pure silk - it is definitely a healthier choice for the digestion and it tastes like a real herbal tea without any chemical aftertaste. One can see the content through the sachet - the real herbs.The package also includes the brochure with the images and the description of the herbs.The first effect, promised by this tea manufacturer, that we all experienced was its the diuretic and digestive benefits. I am not sure whether it is appropriate to share the specifics, so I will just mention that whoever suffers from constipation, will greatly benefit from drinking this tea without any negative effects.Another great benefit is improved sleep which I noticed a few days after I started drinking this tea. I used to wake up a few times at nights, which I attributed to lots stress at work, but for the last week I would wake up only once (for a different and good reason only). So, I would not recommend to drink this tea 2-3 hours before bed.We also noticed that drinking this tea warms up the body, so my parents sip the tea when they feel chilly after a walk outside or while the house is getting heated after we come home from work.The taste of the tea is so rich I personally do not sweeten it with honey.Older members of my family are especially hopeful for the reduction of joint pain and stiffness.So I might add other details to this review later.Meanwhile, I would highly recommend this tea to all the tea lovers.It would make a great and unique Christmas gift or New Year gift or birthday gift due to its taste, quality, benefits and the attractive look of the whole box.

I am sipping a delicious and refreshing cup of Dr. Ali tea as I write this review. TI'd like to start with the delivery of the tea which was flawless. I ordered the tea in the evening and when I opened my door in the morning, the box was waiting for me! The packaging of the tea is done with quality and is beautiful (it would make a beautiful present). The flavor of the tea is a delicate balance between various flavors and herbs such as lavender, rosemary willow bark. The tea tastes great and is very calming and natural tasting. As an experience, drinking the tea provides a blend of soothing feel and other benefits. Since starting to drink the tea about 2 weeks ago I feel more relaxed and sleep much better at night. It has also been incredibly helpful in the digestive support. The tea is gentle on the stomach and I do not feel bloated after drinking multiple cups. All in all, an excellent high quality product!

Dr. Ali Tea is absolutely fabulous! It has a wonderfully pleasant herbal taste and noticeable detox and cleansing effects — my body responded almost immediately. The media could not be loaded. This tea has a pleasant aroma and a good taste. The the most notable feature upon opening the package are the individually silk-wrapped teabags and a mild lavender smell. When brewing this tea, I let it seep for a minute. It has a good color and taste, and tastes like a regular tea to me.Upon drinking this tea, I noticed an improved sense of calmness and have more regular bowel movement. By the way, I’ve tried other products from this brand such as Health Balm and would recommend this line for anyone who’s looking to improve their overall quality of health!

Taste ok but not worth it

I picked up Doctor Ali Health Tea out of curiosity and was pleasantly surprised. The flavor isn’t what you'd typically expect from a tea—it’s a bit unusual, kind of herbal as it is made of 11 herbs, but I actually like drinking it, especially after meals. It really helps me wind down and feel relaxed, almost like a gentle reset for my body. That said, the box is pretty big. With 40 tea bags, it might feel like a bit much if you're just trying it out for the first time. I’d love if they offered a smaller pack to start with. Overall, though, it’s worth trying if you’re looking for something calming and a little different from your usual tea routine.
